Equibreizh in Menez-Hom Atlantique
This is Brittany's emblematic equestrian itinerary. It was created by the Comité Régional de Tourisme Equestre (CRTE), in partnership with the departmental committees, and inaugurated in 1997.
TheEquibreizh route invites you to explore the whole of Brittany on horseback. It takes you all the way around, and offers the possibility of doing two loops, via two diagonals: East-West, from Paimpont to Montagne Noires, and North-South, from Saint-Brieuc to Josselin.
It can be enjoyed either as a stroll, in portions, or as a tour.
And explore it with your own mount, or accompanied by a Breton equestrian tourism professional, who will help you build your itinerary.
What's it all about? It lets you discover Brittany's major tourist attractions and admire the diversity of its heritage and landscapes.
On horseback, they reveal themselves in a gentle, tranquil way! The markers, a black horseshoe on an orange background, are easy to spot.
On the Menez-Hom Atlantique route, the equibreizh covers more than 80 km, from Gouézec in the east to Trégarvan in the west, on the way to the Crozon peninsula.
