Flour and cakes
Brittany's gastronomy is, to say the least, spoilt for choice when it comes to snacks! Far and gâteau breton have their place in bakery windows and market stalls. Tasted while still warm, they leave their mark on the palate with salted butter, good whole milk and farm eggs... A delight! As for cookies, enjoy them with coffee or at any time of day, like the famous Lichouzic from the Jain cookie factory!

Yoghurt, ice cream... with good milk from here!
Gourmet products made with good milk from the farm
Dairy production is an important part of Breton agriculture, as evidenced by the many recipes and specialties such as Far Breton (1 liter of whole milk is required for the recipe!), crêpes and ribot milk. A must-try in Menez-Hom Atlantique: yoghurts from the P'tits Korrigans farm in Cast, and ice creams from the Penhuil farm in Lannédern. We love the salted butter caramel flavour! And what about you?
Of heather or buckwheat
Local honeys
Heather or buckwheat honey, spring or late summer: each time different, sometimes surprising, this golden nectar can be found in any good delicatessen. Spread on a crêpe, a slice of salted butter, or just enjoy with a spoon... A delight!
